Yes, to rent our boats you will need to provide a deposit to be paid at check-in. If the boat is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, the deposit will be totally refunded at check-out.
You can pay by credit card at any time, from the website to the check-in at the dock when we deliver your boat.
The price of the booking includes the boat itself, the fuel (in the case of boats without qualifications required) that you are going to use, the delivery and collection service of the boat and the pre-cleaning. Remember that all our boats are always disinfected after each use.
During the check-in, the established limits will be indicated. They may vary depending on the weather or charter conditions.
No. Our company’s home port is Puerto Luis Campomanes, Marina Greenwich, so you will not be able to enter ports other than our base. Entry to other ports will only be authorised in case of extreme emergency and only if indicated by a member of our team.
Entering and/or mooring in other harbours may result in the total or partial loss of the deposit.
Our boats without license required do not have enough power to practice drag sports, you can consult our team about this type of activities and we will find the boat that best suits you. On boats with a license required you can do wakeboarding.
Yes! Don’t worry, because our team will make sure that you don’t have to sail inside the harbour and will teach you how to drive it without any problems as well as how to get to the pick-up dock and everything you need to enjoy a day at sea.
In summer, don’t forget to bring a hat or cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, towel and swimming costume. Bringing non-alcoholic food and drinks helps to avoid seasickness.
